_RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1180 - ELIZABETH R. DIAZ
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of -administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 28th dey of May, 1986 , considered the request of
Elizabeth R. Diaz for an extension beyond six months for a mobile
home to be used as temporary storage , and
WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be located in an
A Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more
particularly described as follows:
Lots 1 and 2 , Block 12 , Town of Gill, Weld
County, Colorado
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the
testimony, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT -RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of
Elizabeth R. Diaz for an extension beyond six months for a mobile
home to be used as temporary storage on the above described parcel
of land, which was found to be in compliance with Section 43 of
the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, be, and hereby is, granted.
The above end foregoing -Resolution was, on motion duly made
end seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of
May, A.D. , 1986 .

Dear Members of the Board:
My request for a six month, mobile home temporary storage
permit, is for financial reasons.
We do eventually plan to use this mobile home for a perma-
nent residence. In order to do so, we must build a cess-
pool , install the electricity, and connect the mobile home
to a water supply.
Of course, that takes money. I 'm afraid it' s more money than
we can afford at this time, so the only other option avail-
able to us is to apply for an extension. This way we can
have a few extra months to come up with the funds we will
need to make the mobile home a permanent residence.
At present, the mobile home is blocked and tied down.
I hope you will give serious consideration to granting a six
month extension for temporary storage .
