HomeMy WebLinkAbout860778.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1200 - JUAN MIERA WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 6th day of August, 1986 , considered the request of Juan Miera for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows : Lot 8 , Kersey Colony, Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1) The applicant shall apply for a building permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; 2) A septic permit shall be obtained prior to the issuance of a building permit; 3) The existing structures located on the property shall not be used on any basis as a dwelling or as overnight or temporary housing for any person; and 4) The mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant has complied with the above mentioned conditions. Legal Description _of Parcel: Lot 8, Kersey Colony. Location: Approximately 1 mile east of Kersey, Colorado. The Department of -Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and recommends that the request be approved for the following -reasons: WILL WILL NOT Be compatible with the Weld County Comprehensive -Plan. Be compatible with the surrounding area. —x— Be in -harmony with the character of the neighborhood. Adversely affect the immediate area. Be adequately served by water ant sewage disposal facilities. Adversely affect the general -health, -safety and welfare of the inhabitants of the area and the County. COMMENTS: The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is conditional upon the following: 1.
