RE: APPROVE WAIVING TIME LIMIT REGARDING RENEWAL OF 3 . 2% BEER
LICENSE - LILLIAN GOOCH, DBA CROW VALLEY CAFE, AND AUTHORIZE
CHAIRMAN TO SIGN LETTER
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of February, 1987 , the Board did
approve the request of Lillian Gooch , dba Crow Valley Cafe , for
renewal of a 3 . 2% Beer License , and
WHEREAS , said application was submitted to the Board less
than 45 days prior to the date of expiration , as required in
Section 12-46-103 (13) , CRS , as amended , and
WHEREAS , the Board determined that there was good cause to
waive the time requirements as set forth in said Section , and
WHEREAS , the Board deems it appropriate to authorize the
Chairman to sign a letter authorizing the applicant to continue
the sale of 3 . 2% beer until the State approved license is
received.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the time requirements
as set forth in Section 12-46-106 (13) , CRS , as amended be , and
hereby are , waived with respect to the renewal request of Lillian
Gooch , dba Crow Valley Cafe, for renewal of a 3 . 2% Beer License.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and
hereby is, authorized to sign a letter authorizing Ms. Gooch to
sell 3 . 2% beer until the required State approved license is
received.

The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of
February, A.D. , 1987 .

TO WROM IT MAY CONCERN :
On the 18th day of February, 1987 , the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County , Colorado , did approve the renewal
request of Lillian Gooch , formerly Lillian Meads , dba Crow Valley
Cafe , for a 3 . 2% Beer License . The previous license expired on
February 23 , 1987 , and the Board did, on the 24th day of February,
1987 , formally waive the 45-day time limit , said waiver being
effective as of February 23 , 1987 . The required documents have
been submitted to the State Department of Revenue for its
approval . Until notification has been received from the State
advising whether this renewal request has been approved or
disapproved , the Board hereby authorizes the continued sale of
3 . 2% beer at this establishment which is located at 37969 Hwy 14 ,
Briggsdale , Colorado .
