Home My WebLink About891293.tiff RESOLUTION RE : APPROVE AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT WITH CREATIVE STRUCTURES, INC. , CONCERNING BRIDGE 7/42A WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, on June 20, 1988, the Board did, by Resolution, approve a Contract with Creative Structures, Inc. , concerning Bridge 7/42A over the Little Thompson River, and WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has recommended changes to said Contract, in the additional amount of $447 . 29 , as stated on the copies being attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and WHEREAS, after study and review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said Amendment to the Contract. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Amendment to the Contract with Creative Structures, Inc. , be, and hereby is, approved. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 11th day of December, A.D. , 1989 . In Article IV, Section I, Paragraph A, change the "lump sum" amount from $20,640.00 to $21,087.29. 2. In Article IV, Section I, Paragraph C, change the "Total cost not to be exceeded without a supplemental contract" amount from $21,315.00 to $21,762.29.
