RE: APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE EXTENSION ADVISORY
COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on February 3 , 1984 , several vacancies existed on
the Extension Advisory Council, and
WHEREAS, at that time it was recommended that the following
individuals be appointed and reappointed to said Extension
Advisory Council:
APPOINTMENT TERM TO EXPIRE
Marsha Kenyon November 1 , 1986
REAPPOINTMENTS TERM TO EXPIRE
Shirley Ashbaugh November 1 , 1986
Ben Counter November 1 , 1986
Paul Hoshiko November 1 , 1986
Lloyd Kindsfater November 1 , 1986
Elton Miller November 1 , 1986
Ted Sutter November 1 , 1986
WHEREAS, due to an administrative change, the above named
individuals were not appointed and reappointed by action of the
Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners now desires to
appoint and reappoint the above mentioned individuals to the
Extension Advisory Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that those individuals
hereinabove mentioned be, and hereby are, appointed and
reappointed to the Extension Advisory Council for terms to expire
November 1 , 1986.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of

Dear Commissioners:
Checking over the records which I received when taking over as County
Extension Director, the records for the 1983 Weld County Extension
Advisory Committee members had not been reported to you.
The following members were elected to the Advisory Committee for the
term of 1984-1986. We know this will be back dated, but we need
resolutions for our records and also oath of office signatures.
The members elected to the Advisory Committee for a term of three
years to expire in 1986 are:
