RE: FIXED ASSET REPORTS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 29-1-506, CRS, as amended,
assets of a value less than $500 need not be reported on the Fixed
Assets Report, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Accounting Department is
recommending that all fixed assets with a value of less than $500
be deleted from its Fixed Asset Report, with the exception of
those fixed assets shown on the attached list marked as Exhibit
"A" , and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to delete the
recommended fixed assets from the County' s Fixed Asset Report.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that those fixed assets
with a value of less than $500 be deleted from the Fixed Asset
Report, excepting those listed on the attached Exhibit "A" .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of
October, A.D. , 1989 .
