RE: ESTABLISHING THE NEIGHBORHOOD TO BE SERVED, DESIGNATING A
COMMISSIONER TO MAKE ON-SITE INSPECTION AND SETTING THE
HEARING DATE CONCERNING THE APPLICATION OF PATTI L. AND
STENER J. CARLSON, DBA INN OF LONGMONT, FOR A
HOTEL/RESTAURANT LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, at a public meeting on the 28th day of August, 1989,
heard evidence to assist said Board in establishing the
neighborhood to be served, designating the Commissioner to make
the on-site inspection, and setting the hearing date concerning
the application of Patti L. and Stener J. Carlson, dba Inn of
Longmont, 3815 Highway 119, Longmont, Colorado 80501, for a
Hotel/Restaurant Liquor License, and
WHEREAS, the Board did determine that the following described
area should comprise the neighborhood to be served concerning said
application, to-wit:
All of Sections 2, 3, 10 , and 11 , Townhip 2
North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld
County, Colorado, which comprises a four
square mile area.
WHEREAS, the Board further determined that Commissioner
George Kennedy be designated to make the on-site inspection
concerning said application, and
Whereas, the Board further determined that the hearing to
consider said application shall be scheduled for October 11, 1989 ,
at the hour of 10:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the above described
area be, and hereby is, declared to be the neighborhood to be
served concerning the application of Patti L. and Stener J.
Carlson, dba Inn of Longmont, for a Hotel/Restaurant Liquor
License.

RE: SET HEARING DATE - INN OF LONGMONT
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Commissioner George
Kennedy be, and hereby is, designated to make the on-site
inspection concerning said application.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the hearing date
concerning said application be, and hereby is, scheduled for
October 11, 1989, at the hour of 10: 00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of
August, A.D. , 1989.

subject: Hotel/Restaurant Liquor License Application
We have received an application for a Hotel/Restaurant Liquor
License from Patti L. and Stener J. Carlson, dba Inn of Longmont.
We are recommending that the hearing concerning this matter be set
for October 11, 1989, at 10:00 a.m.
The Board must appoint the Commissioner to make an on-site
inspection before the hearing.
This establishment has been licensed before, and the neighborhood
to be served was set by the Board as:
All of Sections 2, 3, 10, and 11, Township 2 North,
Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
