Dear Mr. Starck:
The Department of Planning Services' staff has considered your proposal to
change the size of the proposed building on this site from 50 feet by 60
feet to 50 feet by 76 feet and has determined that this increase in size
will not be a major change to the special review permit as approved. Your
proposal to turn the building 90 degrees from a north-south orientation to
an east-west orientation is also not considered a major change to the
approved permit.

Lanell:
Your request for information concerning changes at the Keith Burman, URS-843,
is hereby submitted.
Presently the owner is seeking two changes from the original approved request.
These changes are as follows:
1. Change the original size of proposed building from a 50' x 60' to a
50' x 76' building. The setbacks from the state highway and county
road would remain the same.
2. Turn the proposed building 90° from a North—South orientation to an
East—West orientation. Once again the road set backs would remain the
same.
