RE: DECLARE CERTAIN EQUIPMENT AS SURPLUS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, State statute and the Weld County Administrative
Manual require that all items disposed of be declared surplus by
the Board of County Commissioners, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a pickup, listed as
Asset No. 15-22-0016 , has been wrecked and is of no further use
to Weld County, and
WHEREAS, the insurance carrier has agreed to a settlement
of $2 , 100 for the pickup and Weld County is to dispose of said
pickup.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that said pickup, Asset
No. 15-22-0016 , be, and hereby is , declared as surplus property
and should be sold for salvage.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of
January,, A.D. , 1986 . a
