2 . Door modification to roof top unit as requested by Owner and per Contractor' s
letter dated November 25, 1988. ADD: 187.00
3. Addition of four l/4" steel orifice plates added on inlet side of concrete
pipes at drainage ponds as per Contractor' s letter dated December 1 , 1988.
ADD: 135.00
4. Door glass frame modifications for panl ,.. hardware bar in lieu of spacer kits
from hardware allowance as per Contractor' s verbal quotation dated
January 4, 1989. ADD: 280.00
