RESOLUTION VACATING AND CLOSING
COUNTY ROAD: Between Sections
1 and 12, in Township 5 North,
Range 61 West.
Commissioner Warren offered the following resolution and moved
its,,adoption:
WHEREAS, a road along the section line between Sections 1 and
12, in Township 6 North, Range 61 West has been in use for twenty years, or more,
and,
WHEREAS, a petition, signed by two-thirds or more of the free-
holders adjoining the road between Sections 1 and 12, Township 5 North, Range
61 West, requesting that the said road be vaoated, closed and abandoned, has been
presented to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, and,
WEE,REAS, it appears that the necessities of the public no longer
require a county road, as described above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED and it is hereby ordered that
the road, along the section line between Sections One (1) and Twelve ,(12), Town-
ship Five (5). North of Range Sixty-one (61) West of the 6th P. M., in Weld County,
Colorado be and hereby is vacated, abandoned and closed.
The motion was seconded by Commissioner Sanden and the resolu-
tion adopted by the following vote:

TO VACATE, ABANDON AND CLOSE A COUNTY ROAD.
To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colo.
GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of the

Re: Road between Sections 1 A 12,
Township 6 N., Range 61 W.
Dear Sirs. Swope:
• Following your call at our office, I have again talked with Judge
Bradfield relative to closing the above described road, even though
the road has been- used as a mail route.
Mr. Bradfield assures me that, as long as there is another road which
will serve the route without making additional travel necessary, the
road, may be closed.
We plan to grade the other road within a week or two, and I am sure that
the closing of this road will not inconvenience anyone.
