Home My WebLink About891213.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE INSTALLATION OF "YIELD" SIGNS AND "SPEED LIMIT 25" SIGNS ON WELD COUNTY ROAD 50 NEAR BRIDGE 50/67A WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , the Weld County Engineering Department has recommended to the Board that "Yield" signs and "Speed Limit 25" signs be installed on Weld County Road 50 near Bridge 50/67A, to insure safety to the traveling public, and WHEREAS , the Board has determined that said traffic devices are necessary for the protection of the general public. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Department of Engineering be, and hereby is, directed to install "Yield" signs and Speed Limit 25" signs on Weld County Road 50 near Bridge 50/67A, for the safety of the general public, and that said signs must conform to the State manual and specifications.
