RE: APPROVE PURCHASE OF USED PFAFF MODEL 360 SEWING MACHINE FROM
GREELEY SEWING AND VACUUM CENTER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Purchasing Policies and Procedures
require that all used property be purchased by Board Resolution,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Sheriff that the
Board approve the purchase of a used Pfaff Model 360 sewing
machine from Greeley Sewing and Vacuum Center at a cost of
$175. 00 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, hereby approves the
purchase of the above described used Pfaff Model 360 sewing
machine from Greeley Sewing and Vacuum Center at a cost of
$175.00.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 30th day of
August, A.D. , 1989.
