RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF CHARLES CLARK AND JOHN LOFTIS TO THE
WELD COUNTY LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , several vacancies currently exist on the Weld County
Library Board of Trustees, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Charles Clark and John
Loftis be appointed to said Board, with terms to expire May 1 ,
1988 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Charles Clark and
John Loftis be, and hereby are, appointed to the Weld County
Library Board of Trustees , with terms to expire May 1 , 1988 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 13th day of
May, A.D. , 1985 .
