Home My WebLink About890017.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE CONTINUANCE OF HEARING TO CONSIDER REQUEST OF FRANCIS ARENS FOR SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 4th day of January, 1989 , at the hour of 10 :00 a.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of considering the request of Francis Arens for a Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit for a livestock confinement operation (600 head dairy) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, and WHEREAS, the Board was informed that the property was not posted ten days prior to the hearing, as required; therefore , the hearing must be continued, and WHEREAS, the Board deemed it advisable to continue said hearing to January 18 , 1989 , at 10 :00 a.m. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the hearing to consider the request of Francis Arens for a Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit be, and hereby is, continued to January 18 , 1989 , at 10 : 00 a.m. The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 4th day of January, A.D. , 1989 . Lee Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, made this matter of record. Rod Allison, Planning Department representative, said that the Planning staff was informed that the property was not posted prior to this hearing; therefore, the staff recommends that this hearing be continued to January 18. Commissioner Johnson moved to continue this hearing to January 18, at 10:00 a.m. Commissioner Lacy seconded the motion and it carried unanimously. This Certification was approved on the 9th day of January, 1989.
