Dear Mr. Comer: Thank you for your letter dated October 22, 1986, regarding the replacement of a pole barn with an expansion of the warehouse addition. The staff reviewed this request in a meeting on October 28, 1986. The staff determined that the replacement of the pole barn with an expansion of the warehouse addition would not be considered a major change to the approved Use by Special Review permit. The Site Plan Application that has been submitted should reflect these changes on the landscaping plan and in the storm water management plan. In the submitted lay-out I showed the new construction to jog around an existing pole barn. I now prefer to remove the pole barn and extend the south portion of the warehouse addition. To do so, will improve the appearance of the property and facilitate a more efficient access and usage of floor space. Since a concrete pad was to be poured on the East end of the pole barn, little change is being made to drainage/absorption rate. In fact, approx. 137 sq. ft. less ground is now covered on the East side, 300 additional feet will be covered on the West end. Meaning only 163 sq. ft. of now existing grass space-will be covered. You will also note that we have maintained the 25 ft. distance from the South (Largent) property and 15 ft. distance from the former Bob See property which I have recently purchased.
