RE: APPROVE CORRECTION TO RESOLUTION CONCERNING SUBDIVISION
EXEMPTION NO. 85 - JESS AND IRENE BOND

WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,

Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and

3 WHEREAS, on April 4 , 1979 , the Board did, by Resolution,
4/3-41
approve Subdivision Exemption No. 85 for Jess and Irene Bond, with
a said Resolution being recorded at Book 865 , Reception No. 1786831 ,
O in the records of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder, and
WHEREAS , Jess and Irene Bond requested said Subdivision
.: w Exemption in order to sell the extra set of improvements, with no
new lots to be created by this exemption, and

CO WHEREAS, the legal description of the subject parcels was
°0U incorrectly stated in the Resolution of April 4 , 1979 , and
