RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD REGARDING REQUEST FROM JAMES AND VERA
ZITEK TO OPEN ROAD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from James and Vera
Zitek regarding the opening of a road to property located in
Section 1 , Township 10 North, Range 63 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld
County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to refer this matter to
the Weld County Engineering and Road and Bridge Departments for
their recommendations .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of James
and Vera Zitek for the opening of the above mentioned road be, and
hereby is , referred to the Weld County Engineering and Road and
Bridge Departments for their recommendations.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 19th day of
August, A.D. , 1987 .
