RE: ACCEPT DONATION OF PROPERTY IN FREDERICK FROM DAVID MARINOFF
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, David Marinoff has presented the County with a Quit
Claim Deed conveying Lot 6 , Block 4 , Parkview Estates, Town of
Frederick, to Weld County, and
WHEREAS, it is the policy of Weld County to formally accept
all donations by Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the donation of
property in the Town of Frederick by David Marinoff be, and hereby
is, accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that a copy of this
Resolution, along with a letter of appreciation, be forwarded to
David Marinoff.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of
December, A.D. , 1988 .
