subject: Exclusion of Property Located at 1041 Glen__
Dale Circle, Dacono, Colorado
The Board of County Commissioners has received a letter from W. L.
Gail who, by your records, appears to have land and improvements
on Lot 37 , Block 5 , of the Glens of Dacono, Unit 3 , which is also
known as 1041 Glen Dale Circle, Dacono, Colorado, inquiring why
they had been assessed the taxes for the Tri-Area Ambulance
District. I have reviewed the Order and Decree in Case No.
84-CV-1137 , which authorized the election for the establishment of
the District, and it appears that Mr. Gail ' s inquiry is well
founded. In the Order, his property is specifically excluded from
the District (there are another two lots, Lots 1 and 2 of Baker ' s
Subdivision, First Filing, which are also exempt by that Order) .
Scme confusion may have been created when the Order did not denote
the address as being on Glen Dale Circle but simply on Glen Dale.
I would be happy to discuss with you this matter, particularly zf
you identify any problems in providing the relief requested for
the Gaits. I have enclosed copies of Orders from the District ,
Court, but it is my understanding that at east the March 8 , 1985 ,
Order has been recorded.
