CARIASO FOR A SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND AN AMENDMENT TO A SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 25th day of May, 1988 , at the hour of 2 : 00 p.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of considering the request of Catherine W. Cariaso for a Site Specific Development Plan and an amendment to a Special Review permit to include a dog kennel with a maximum of 16 dogs, and WHEREAS, the Board was informed by the Department of Planning Services that a sign informing the public of said hearing was not posted ten days prior to the hearing as required, and WHEREAS, the Board deemed it advisable to continue said hearing to June 1 , 1988 , at 2 :00 p.m. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the hearing to consider the request of Catherine W. Cariaso for a Site Specific Development Plan and an amendment to a Special Review permit be, and hereby is, continued to June 1 , 1988 , at 2 : 00 p.m. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of May, A.D. , 1988 . Kirby, Pro—Tem Commissioner Jacqueline Johnson Commissioner Gordon E. Lacy Commissioner Frank Yamaguchi Also present: Acting Clerk to the Board, Mary Reiff Assistant County Attorney, Lee D. Morrison Director of Planning Department Services, Chuck Cunliffe The following business was transacted: I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated May 9, 1988, and duly published May 11, 1988, in the Platteville Herald, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Catherine W. Cariaso for a Site Specific Development Plan and an amendment to a Special Review permit to include a dog kennel with a maximum of 16 dogs. Lee Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, made this matter of record. (Tape Change #88-25) Chuck Cunliffe, Director of Planning Services, said that the applicant had failed to post a sign advising of this hearing ten days prior to the hearing as required; therefore, the Planning staff recommends continuation of this hearing to June 1, 1988, at 2:00 p.m. He said a sign has been posted advising of that hearing date. Commissioner Lacy moved to continue this matter to June 1, 1988, at 2:00 p.m. Seconded by Commissioner Kirby, the motion carried unanimously. This Certification was approved on the 1st day of June, 1988.
