RE: APPROVE CORRECTION CONCERNING REAPPOINTMENTS TO AIRPORT
AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board did, by Resolution dated September 22,
1986 , reappoint Mark Hinze and Chauncey Carter to the Airport
Authority Board, with their terms to expire the second Tuesday in
September of 1989 , and
WHEREAS, the expiration date of said terms should have been
listed as the second Tusday in September of 1990 , and
WHEREAS, the Board now desires to correct the expiration date
for said terms to expire the second Tuesday in September of 1990 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the expiration date
of the terms of office for Mark Hinze and Chauncey Carter be, and
hereby is, corrected to the second Tuesday in September of 1990 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of
March, A.D. , 1988 .
