RE: TAVERN LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION - ROBERTA AND RAY HINDERLITER,
D/B/A I-76 MOTEL S CAFE, UNIT B
A public hearing was conducted on July 18, 1988, at 9:30 A.M., with the
following present:
Commissioner Gene Brantner, Chairman
Commissioner C.W. Kirby, Pro—Tem
Commissioner Jacqueline Johnson
Commissioner Gordon E. Lacy
Commissioner Frank Yamaguchi
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Debbie Campbell
Weld County Attorney, Thomas 0. David
Certified Shorthand Reporter, Carol Roven
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated June 6, 1988, and duly
published June 15, 1988, in the Platteville Herald, a public hearing
was conducted to consider the application of Roberta and Ray
Hindexliter, dba I-76 Motel 6 Cafe, Unit B, for a Tavern Liquor
License. Tom David, County Attorney, made this matter of record. He
said an on-site inspection had been made on June 13, and the property
had been properly posted. Mr. David said this application had been
reviewed by his office and found to be in order. Roberta and Ray
Hinderliter were present to answer questions of the Board. They said
they are familiar with regulations pertaining to a Tavern License.
Commissioner Kirby moved to approve the Tavern Liquor License
application of Roberta and Ray Hinderliter. The motion was seconded by
Commissioner Johnson and carried unanimously.
This Certification vas approved on the 20th day of July, 1988.
