RE: DECLARE CERTAIN VEHICLE AS SURPLUS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , State statute and the Weld County Administrative
Manual require that all items disposed of be declared surplus by
the Board of County Commissioners , and
WHEREAS, the County has identified one of the Sheriff' s
vehicles as no longer needed by Weld County and recommended to he
sold, said vehicle being listed as County Asset No. 1504 0017 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that said Sheriff' s
vehicle, listed as County Asset No. 1504 0017 , be, and hereby is ,
declared as surplus property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board hereby authorizes the
sale of said vehicle.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 12th day of
June , A.D. , 1989 .
