RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENT TO AREA AGENCY ON
AGING BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, several vacancies exist on the Area Agency on Aging
Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Don Shedd, Warren Holm,
Audrey Bechtel , and Susan Bromley be appointed to said Board, with
their terms to expire January 31 , 1993 , and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Freida Becker be
reappointed to said Board, with her term to expire January 31 ,
1993 , and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint and reappoint the above
named individuals to said Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Don Shedd, Warren
Holm, Audrey Bechtel, and Susan Bromley be, and hereby are,
appointed to the Area Agency on Aging, with their terms to expire
January 31, 1993 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Freida Becker be,
and hereby is, reappointed to said Board, with her term to expire
January 31 , 1993 .

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 11th day of
December, A.D. , 1989 .
