To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is to advise you that Northern Gas Products will be
moving the trailer that is located at 31548 Weld County Road 31,
Greeley, CO. We will be replacing it with a portable 12'x24'
office/warehouse building at this location.
A telephone and electricity will be the only two things that will
be hooked up to this building.
Bob McPeek will be in contact with your office as to the exact
moving date. We anticipate it to be somewhere between April 1 and
April 10.

RE: U.S.R.-598:83:61, Addition of equipment to our existing Natural Gas
Processing Plant
Dear Mr. Mullen:
We would like to know what procedures and requirements we need to fulfill
in order to make an equipment addition to our Gas Processing Plant. The
following is a list of what we foresee as the additions:
a) one (1) 175 hp engine driven air compressor
b) compressor foundation
c) metal building to enclose the compressor
d) building foundation
The need for this additional air compressor is to satisfy local pipeline
natural gas quality requirements.
Northern Natural Gas (NNG) currently delivers the gas which leaves our plant
to Colorado Interstate Gas (CIG). Production Operators, Inc. (POI) gas
plant currently conditions the gas to meet the requirements of CIG. NNG is
currently negotiating with Western Gas Supply (WGS) to deliver the gas from
our plant to WGS. The quality requirements of WGS are such that the injection
of air into the gas leaving our gas plant will be needed. The injection of
air into gas pipelines is common in this area.
Please contact me as soon as possible with the decision of the Department.
I have enclosed a copy of a survey showing the proposed equipment location.
