RE: APPROVE CONTINUANCE OF HEARING TO CONSIDER REQUEST OF
FIFTHCOFF COMPANY AND GRANT BROTHERS PARTNERSHIP FOR SITE
SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND P.U.D. PLAN, FIRST AND SECOND
FILING
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners held a public
hearing on the 4th day of October, 1989 , at the hour of 10 :00 a.m.
in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of considering the
request of Fifthcoff Company and Grant Brothers Partnership for a
Site Specific Development Plan and P.U.D. Plan, First and Second
Filing, and
WHEREAS, the Board was informed that the Planning Commission
hearing concerning this matter was continued; therefore, the Board
must continue its hearing until the required recommendation from
the Planning Commission is received, and
WHEREAS, the Board deemed it advisable to continue said
hearing to November 1, 1989 , at 10:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the hearing to
consider the request of Fifthcoff Company and Grant Brothers
Partnership for a Site Specific Development Plan and P.U.D. Plan,
First and Second Filing, be, and hereby is, continued to November
1 , 1989 , at 10: 00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 4th day of
October, A.D. , 1989 .

FILING - FIFTHCOFF COMPANY AND GRANT BROTHERS PARTNERSHIP
A public hearing was conducted on October 4, 1989, at 10:00 A.M. , with
the following present:
Commissioner C.W. Kirby, Chairman
Commissioner Gene R. Brantner, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Constance L. Harbert
Commissioner George Kennedy
Commissioner Gordon E. Lacy
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Mary Reiff
-Assistant County Attorney, Lee D. Morrison
Planning Department representative, Rod Allison
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated August 23, 1989, and
duly published August 31, 1989, in The New News, a public hearing was
conducted to consider a Site Specific Development Plan and P.U.D. Plan,
First and Second Filing, for Fifthcoff Company and Grant Brothers
Partnership. Lee Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, made this matter
of record. Rod Allison, representing the Planning Department, said the
Planning Commission continued its hearing concerning this matter. Mr
Allison said the applicants have requested that the Board continue this
hearing to November 1. Commissioner Lacy moved to continue this matter
to November 1, 1989, at 10:00 a.m. Commissioner Kennedy seconded the
motion, and it carried unanimously.
This Certification was approved on the 9th day of October, 1989.
