line of said Section 10, as bearing North 01°11'33" West, with all other
bearings contained herein relative thereto;
Thence South 90°00'00" West, 330.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
Thence continuing South 90°00'00" West, 148.25 feet;
Thence North 01°11'33" West, 435.60 feet;
Thence North 90°00'00" East, 148.25 feet;
Thence South 01°11'33" East, 435.60 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
