of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado. EXCEPTING therefrom, the following
described parcel of land containing 1.91 acres, more or less:
Beginning at the East Quarter Corner (Et Cor) of said Section 28, said point
being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, and considering the East line of the NE}
as bearing North 00°26'06" West, with all other bearings contained herein
relative thereto; Thence North 89°34'35" West along the South line of said
NE} 1331.30 feet; Thence North 00°18'07" West, 59.92 feet; Thence South
89°48'22" East, 1331.09 feet to a point on. the East line of said NE}; Thence
South 00°26'06" East along said East line, 65.26feet of the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING. Said parcel containing 158.5 acres, more or less.
