Home My WebLink About890619.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE CORRECTING HEARING DATE FOR PREADVERTISEMENT - JOHNSON WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, at the Board meeting of July 12 , 1989, the Board scheduled a hearing for a Change of Zone for Eldred M. Johnson for August 2, 1989, and WHEREAS, a Change of Zone must be published at least 30 days in advance of the hearing; therefore, the hearing date must be corrected, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to set said hearing date for August 23 , 1989, at 10 : 00 A.M. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the hearing to consider a Change of Zone for Eldred M. Johnson be, and hereby is, corrected and set for August 23 , 1989 , at 10 : 00 A.M. I erroneously told the Board that a hearing could be scheduled for August 2 . A Change of Zone must be published at least 30 days in advance of the hearing; therefore, the August 2 date must be changed.
