subject: Hearing Date for Johnson COZ
At the Board meeting of July 12 , the Board had a request to
preadvertise concerning a Change of Zone for Eldred Johnson. I
erroneously told the Board that a hearing could be scheduled for
August 2 . A Change of Zone must be published at least 30 days in
advance of the hearing; therefore, the August 2 date must be
changed.
I would recommend that this matter be published on July 20 , and a
hearing date he set for August 23 at 10 : 00 a.m.
