Dear Mr. Booth:
Thank you for your letter of July 27. The storage of manure is considered a
use allowed by right in the Agricultural zone district, provided it is not
done on a fee or contract basis. Your property appears to be in compliance
with Zoning Ordinance at this time. The Weld County Health Department may
have regulations concerning the handling and storage of manure. I would
suggest you call and discuss your plans with them.

Dear Mr. Cunliffe ,
In response to your letter of July 12 , 1988, our plans
are to spread some of the storage manure on our farmland
after the crops are off the ground this fall . We are
also going to give as much of this manure to the local
farmers as they will take. We hope to eliminate the
storage pile within the year.
