HomeMy WebLinkAbout890195.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1513 - DARYL AND MARY ARNOLD WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 22nd day of February, 1989, considered the request of Daryl and Mary Arnold for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: Section 13 , Township 2 North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions : 1) The applicant shall obtain a building permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; and 2) The mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant has complied with the above mentioned condition. X Be compatible with the surrounding area. X Be in harmony with the character of the neighborhood. X Adversely affect the immediate area. X Be adequately served by water and sewage disposal facilities. X Adversely affect the general health, safety, and welfare of the inhabitants of the area and the County. COMMENTS: The Weld County Health Department has reviewed this request and has no objections to it. The Department of Planning Services has not received any objections from surrounding property owners. The applicant did not submit a petition from the surrounding property owners for this proposal.
