RE: APPOINTMENT OF RAMON KLEIN TO THE EASTERN WELD PEST CONTROL
DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , a vacancy currently exists on the Eastern Weld Pest
Control District Advisory Board, due to the resignation of Russell
Billings, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Ramon Klein be
appointed to said Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Ramon Klein
to the Eastern Weld Pest Control District Advisory Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Ramon Klein be, and
hereby is, appointed to replace Russell Billings on the Eastern
Weld Pest Control District Advisory Board.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 26th day of
August, A.D. , 1985 .

Dear Weld County Commissioners:
Russell Billings, a member of the Eastern Weld Pest (Grasshopper)
Control District Advisory Board and treasurer of the board, has
formally resigned from the advisory board.
The remaining advisory board members request that the County
Commissioners appoint Ramon Klein to be on the Eastern Weld
Pest District Advisory Board. The advisory board would benefit
from Ramon being on the board.
