PARPIAL ASSIGNMENT OF OIL AND GAS LEASES
THIS ?METAL ASSIGNMENT is made this 26th. day of August, 1988, by and
between DMZUMA TURKEY CONTRACTORS, INC., a Colorado oo1yusation, 11990 Grant
Street, Suite 218, Northglenn, OJ 80233 ("Maze"), as Assignor; and NEUNIAIN
OIL & GAS, INC., a Colorado coiluiation, 745 Gilpin Street, Denver, CO 80218
("Mountain"), as Assignee.
1. ASSIGNMENT. For $10 and other valuable consideration, the receipt
and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, MAZUMA does hereby transfer,
convey, grant, assign and set over unto MOUNIAIN all of its right, title acrd
interest in and to (a) those oil and gas leases ('Tea Ps") covering lands in
Weld County, Colorado set forth on Exhibit A hereto, insofar as the Teaccs
cover those depths and horizons from the surface of the earth to 100 feet
below the ha n of the Codell formation, and (b) all well and leasehold
equipment and fixtures situated on lands covered by the Leases and held by
Mazumna for use in connection with operations on such lands.
2. PROPORTIONATELY SUBJECT TO EXISTING BURDENS. The interest herein
assigned shall be proportionately subject to all burdens, restrictions,
exceptions, reservations, conditions, limitations, charges, aacer�raits and
other matters of record in the real property records of Weld County or of
which the Assignee has actual or constructive notice at the date hereof.
3. SPECIAL WARRANTY. Mamma warrants title to the leasehold interest,
personal property and fixtures herein assigned as to all parties claiming by,
through or under Mazuma, but not otherwise.
IN WPINms all', this instrument is executed as of the date above set
forth, but shall be effective for all purposes as of 7:00 a.m., Maintain Time,
on July 1, 1988.
