RE: APPROVE DELETION OF CERTAIN ITEMS FROM FIXED ASSET REPORT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Accounting Department has
recommended that certain fixed assets, as listed on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be deleted
from its Fixed Asset Report, said assets having been sold, stolen,
or junked, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to delete the
recommended fixed assets from the County' s Fixed Asset Report.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that those fixed assets
listed on Exhibit "A" be, and hereby are, deleted from the Fixed
Asset Report.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded , adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of
December, A.D. , 1989 .
