HomeMy WebLinkAbout860242.tiff AR2045083 RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE SECOND CORRECTED WARRANTY DEED FOR DAVE KNOWLTON AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado , and WHEREAS, on January 6 , 1986 , the Board of County Commissioners approved a Corrected Warranty Deed, to be issued to Dave Knowlton for the purchase of Lot Ten (10) , Block Seven (7) , Town of Platteville , Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, said Corrected Deed, recorded in the office of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder, at Book 1098 , Reception Number 2038141 , did not contain the words , "County of Weld, State of Colorado" after the words , "Town of Platteville" in the legal description, and WHEREAS , Stewart Title Company, of Greeley, is requesting that the Board approve a second Corrected Deed to include said verbage, and WHEREAS, the Board deems it appropriate to approve the request of Stewart Title Company and issue a second Corrected Warranty Deed to Dave Knowlton for the above described property and improvements and to have said Corrected Deed recorded in the office of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the second Corrected Warranty Deed, to be issued to Dave Knowlton for the hereinabove described property and improvements , be, and hereby is , approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is , authorized to sign said second Corrected Warranty Deed. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Corrected Warranty Deed shall be recorded in the office of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder.
