RESOLUTION
RE: GRANT MANUFACTURED HOME PERMIT NO. 22 - DARRYL AND LINDA
PHIPPS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 7th day of January, 1987, considered the request
of Darryl and Linda Phipps for a manufactured home to be used as a
principal dwelling, and
WHEREAS, said manufactured home is to be occupied in an
A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more
particularly described as follows:
Lot 1 , Block 4 , Ranch Eggs Subdivision , Second
Filing, Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the
testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to
the following conditions : 1) The applicant shall obtain a
building permit for the manufactured home within thirty days from
the date _of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; and 2)
A septic permit shall be obtained prior to the issuance of the
building permit for the manufactured home.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Darryl
and Linda Phipps for permission to place a manufactured home to be
used as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of
land, which was found to be in compliance with Section 46 of the
Weld County Zoning Ordinance , be , and hereby is , granted subject
to the hereinabove listed conditions.

LETTER OF INTENT
To Whom it may Concern;
Darryl and Linda Phipps intend to move a double wide mobile home
to LOT 1 BLOCK 4 of Ranch Eggs subdivision. Our home is 66' x 28' containing
1840 square feet, two bath and three bedrooms. We plan to set it on a permanent
foundation on which with its maysonite siding and its peaked asphalt singeled
roof it will look like a ranch style house.
Weld county requires that we get a zoning for our mobile by having all
the surface land owners with in 500 feet of our property read this letter of
intent and sign the attached petition.

You are hereby given notice that an extension of one year to September 18,
1987 has been approved by the State Engineer. A copy of the amended well
permit is enclosed.
Once the well is constructed and the permanent pump is installed, well
completion and pump installation reports including well and permanent pump
test data must be submitted to this office. After water from the well has
been put to use, evidence of beneficial use must be submitted to this office.
A Statement of Beneficial Use form was provided to the applicant when the

9. An abstract of title to the Property,certified to date,or a current commitment for title insurancepolicy in an
amount-equal to the purchase price, at Seller's option and Expense, shall be furnished to Purchaser on or before

void and of no effect and each party-hereto shall be released from all obligations hereunder and all payments and

13. Any encumbrance required to be paid may be paid at the time of settlement from the proceeds of this
transaction or from any other source. Provided, however, at the option of either party, if the total indebtedness
secured by liens on the Property exceeds the purchase price,this contract shall be void and of no,effect and each party
hereto shall be released from all obligations hereunder and all payments and things of value received hereunder shall
be returned to Purchaser.

such damages as may be proper,or(2) Purchaser may elect to trent this contract as being in full force and effect
and Purchaser shall have the right to an action for specific performance or damages,or both.
(b) IF:PURCHASER IS 1NDEFAULT,(I)Seller may elect to trent this contract as terminated,in which case
all-payments and things of value received hereunder shall be forfeited and retained on behalf of Seller and Seller
may recover such damages as may be proper,or(2)Seller may elect to treat this contract as being in full force and

(c) Anything to the contrary herein notwithstanding, in the event of any litigation arising out of this
