RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MANUFACTURED HOME PERMIT NO. 22 - DARRYL AND LINDA PHIPPS WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 7th day of January, 1987, considered the request of Darryl and Linda Phipps for a manufactured home to be used as a principal dwelling, and WHEREAS, said manufactured home is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: Lot 1 , Block 4 , Ranch Eggs Subdivision , Second Filing, Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions : 1) The applicant shall obtain a building permit for the manufactured home within thirty days from the date _of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; and 2) A septic permit shall be obtained prior to the issuance of the building permit for the manufactured home.
