Storm Drainage Report, Samad Aghajani, USR-846.
Subject:
I have reviewed the storm drainage report submitted by McRae and Short,
Inc. dated September 30, 1988.
The report is complete and the criteria and engineering principles used in
the report are in compliance with Weld County regulations. The report
indicates the 100-year storm could be detained on the existing site and
discharge limited to an undeveloped five-year storm runoff rate by
restricting the flow through the existing 9" corrugated metal pipe.
Therefore, if the pipe is metered in accordance with the report and plan
submitted, Weld County storm drainage criteria will be satisfied.
I am aware there is a dispute with Mr. Brantner, the property owner to the
south. I can only review the engineering material submitted. I cannot
determine whether it is proper or legal to discharge across Mr. Brantner's
property.
