Please find enclosed an application for a subdivision
exemption as per your request during a recent meeting
in• your office. The application is designed to join
four contiguous parcels of land we currently own in
Weld County.
The parcels currently include parcel #1 of 120 acres,
parcel #2 of 3 .5 acres, parcel #3 of 2. 6 acres, and
parcel #4 of 1.85 acres. Our intent on filing this
subdivision exemption is to join these properties into
one parcel of 128 +- acres.

Dear Mr. Allison:
I am writing this letter as a formal application to divide a
parcel of land we own in Weld County.
This 128 acre farm is currently separated into two parcels by
WRC #34 3/4. We wish to divide the north parcel #1, consisting
of 43.5 +- acres from the south parcel #2, which consists of
84 +- acres.
We currently have a contract to sell the north parcel #1 to a
party who wants to build a horse breeding and training farm.
In view of the fact that this land is already split into two
parcels by WCR #34 3/4, we would request that you give positive
consideration to this request.
Upon securing the approval of the Weld County Planning Office,
we will furnish a new survey and land description of the
parcels under consideration. Electricity for these parcels is
available through Union REA and domestic water taps available
through the Little Thompson Water District.
If any other information is needed, please contact me at my
home in Loveland at 669-8764.
