RE: ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION OF $200. 00 TO WELD COUNTY SHERIFF' S
OFFICE BY AMOCO PRODUCTION COMPANY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , Amoco Production Company has donated two hundred
dollars ($200. 00) for use by the Weld County Sheriff' s Office, and
WHEREAS, it is policy of Weld County to formally accept all
donations via Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the donation of
$200. 00 by Amoco Production Company be , and hereby is, accepted
and designated for use by the Weld County Sheriff' s Office.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that a copy of this
Resolution, along with a letter of appreciation, be forwarded to
Amoco Production Company, P.O. Box 39200 , Denver, Colorado 80239.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 8th day of
October, A.D. , 1986.
