Township 1 North, Range 66 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Weld
County, Colorado, more particularly described as::
Beginning at the West one-quarter corner of said Section 4;
thence South along the West line of said Section 4 a distance
of 325.00 feet; thence East, parallel to the East-West
centerline of said Section 4 a distance of 317.00 feet;
thence North, parallel to the West line of said Section 4 a
