RESOLUTION
RE: SETTING FEES FOR ASSIGNMENTS OF LEASE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Oil and Gas Lease states that a
fee must be charged for Assignments of Lease when submitted to
the Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that said fee be set at
$25 .00 and the Board deems it advisable to approve the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the fee to be
charged for Assignments of Lease be, and hereby is, set at
$25.00 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 26th day of
June, A.D. , 1985 .

Oil and Gas Lease Assignment
Subject:
Our Oil and Gas Lease states that an Assignment of Lease must be
submitted to the Board for approval. It also states that a fee
will be charged, said fee to be set by the Board. Mike Kelley
called the State and they advised him that they charge a fee of
$25. 00.
