RE: APPROVE AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN TO SIGN NECESSARY
DOCUMENTS CONCERNING SALE OF CERTAIN COUNTY REAL ESTATE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , by Resolution dated June 6 , 1988 , the Board approved
the sale of certain Weld County property described as Lot 5 of the
NW+SW} , Section 18 , Township 2 North , Range 66 West of the 6th
P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, to Robert M. and Mary E. Stahl, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it appropriate to authorize the
Chairman to sign all documents pertaining to said sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Chairman be, and
hereby is , authorized to sign all necessary documents concerning
the sale of certain County property to Robert M. and Mary E.
Stahl.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 22nd day of
June , A.D. , 1988 .
