HomeMy WebLinkAbout880480.tiff RESOLUTION RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN TO SIGN 1987 COLORADO COUNTIES SUPPLEMENTAL STATEMENT WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Weld County Finance Officer has informed the Board of County Commissioners that the 1987 Colorado Counties Supplemental Statement is now available for public inspection and has requested that the Chairman of the Board be authorized to sign same, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable to approve said document for submission to the State Auditor, authorize the Chairman of the Board to sign same, and direct the Clerk to the Board to have published a Notice stating that the report is available for public inspection. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the 1987 Colorado Counties Supplemental Statement be, and hereby is, approved for submission to the State Auditor and, further, that the Chairman of the Board is authorized to sign said document. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Clerk to the Board be, and hereby is , directed to have published a Notice stating that said report is available for public inspection.
