subdivision exemptions to the Department of Planning Services''
Your'subdivision exemption application is complete and in order and will be
processed by our office on or before October 15, 1985'.' If it is determined
- that the"application meets the approval criteria of Section 9-3 E. (1)- (a)
through (c)- of- the Weld County Subdivision Regulations, you will be
- notified_ that the subdivision exemption is approved. If the staff

will be notified and asked. to appear before the Board of County
Commissioners at a public hearing. You will be informed of the hearing date:
