A RESOLUTION LEVYING GENERAL PROPERTY TAXES FOR THE YEAR 1988, TO HELP
DEFRAY THE COSTS OF GOVERNMENT FOR THE BEEBE DRAW LAW ENFORCEMENT
AUTHORITY LOCATED IN WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, FOR THE 1988 BUDGET YEAR.
WHEREAS, the Beebe Draw Law Enforcement Authority Board has adopted
the annual budget in accordance with the Local Government Budget Law, on
October 28, 1987, and
WHEREAS, the amount of money necessary to balance the budget or general
operating expenses is $119.00, and
WHEREAS, the 1987 valuation for assessment for the Beebe Draw Law
Enforcement Authority District as certified by the County Assessor is
$17,080.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BEEBE DRAW LAW ENFORCEMENT
AUTHORITY BOARD LOCATED IN WELD COUNTY, COLORADO:
Section 1. That the purpose of meeting all general operating expenses
of the Beebe Draw Law Enforcement Authority District during the 1988
budget year, there is hereby levied a tax of 7.0 mills upon each dollar of
the total valuation for assessment of all taxable property within the
District for the year 1987.
Section 2. That the Chairman of the Board of Weld County
Commissioners, serving as the Chairman of the Beebe Draw Law Enforcement
Authority Board, is hereby authorized and directed to immediately certify to
the County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, the mill levies for the
Beebe Draw Law Enforcement Authority District as hereinabove determined
and set.

CERTIFICATION OF TAX LEVIES
TO: County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado:
.
This is to certify that the tax levy to be assessed by you upon all
property within the limits of the Beebe Draw Law Enforcement Authority
District, based on a total assessed valuation of $17,080, for the year
1987, as determined and fixed by the Beebe Draw Law Enforcement Authority
Board on October 28, 1987, is:
General Operating Expenses 7.0 mills $ 119.00
You are hereby authorized and directed to extend said levy upon your
tax list.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of
the Board of Weld County Commissioners, serving as the Beebe Draw Law
Enforcement Authority Board, this 28th day of October, 1987.
