RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1044 - MANUEL HERRERA
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 26th day of June, 1985 , considered the request of
Manuel Herrera for a mobile home to be used as a principal
dwelling, and
WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an
A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more
particularly described as follows:
Lot 6 , Block 19 , Aristocrat Ranchettes, 2nd
Filing, Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the
testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to
the following conditions: 1) The applicant shall apply for a
building permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the
date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; and 2)
Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the owner shall submit
evidence that the proposed cistern is supplying water in such a
manner as to be adequate in quality, quantity and dependability
for the proposed use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Manuel
Herrera for permission to place a mobile home to be used as a
principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which
was found to be in compliance with Section 43 of the Weld County
Zoning Ordinance, be, and hereby is , granted subject to the
hereinabove listed conditions.

This request is for one mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling.
Legal Description of Parcel: Lot 6, Block 19, Aristocrat Ranchettes, 2nd
Filing.
Location: Approximately 2 miles northeast of Ft. Lupton, east of Weld
County Road 31, and south of Weld County Road 18.
The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and
recommends that the request be approved for the following reasons:
WILL WILL NOT
X Be compatible with the Weld County Comprehensive
Plan.
X Be compatible with the surrounding area.
X Be in harmony with the character of the
neighborhood.
X Adversely affect the immediate area.
X Be adequately served by water and sewage disposal
facilities.
X Adversely affect the general health, safety and
welfare of the inhabitants of the area and the
County.
COMMENTS:
This application was submitted as a result of VI-638:85:85, mobile home
existing on property without permits. The violation was issued April 9,
1985.
The Department of Planning Services has received no objections regarding
this request.
The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is
conditional upon the following:
1. The applicant applying for a building permit for the mobile home
within thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of
County Commissioners.

To wham it may concern:
I Manuel P. Herrera, hereby request permission to locate a mobile home on a
lot located in Aristocrate acres in Weld County, Colorado.
One of the main reasons of my request is that with the high Lost of life, I
cannot afford to pay rent and make payments on such property at the same time.
I also would like to say that I have a pretty big family (seven total) , for
which I have to support.
Therefore, I would kindly like to ask you to consider my request, and grant me
the necessary permits that I need to occupy such property.
I am a man who likes to respect the law and who lives by it, but sometimes it
is almost impossible not to break it. "For instance, not having enough money
to pay for all of my permits so that I wouldn't be violating any zoning or
building permits."
Finally, I would like to say that if such permission is granted to me, you
will not be making a mistake and at the same time, you will be helping my
whole family who will be as I am grateful to you.
