RE: APPROVE OIL AND GAS DIVISION ORDER FROM VESSELS OIL & GAS
COMPANY, 600 SOUTH CHERRY STREET, #1220 , DENVER, COLORADO
80222 , AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Weld County, Colorado, is the holder of a certain
lease with Vessels Oil & Gas Company, and
WHEREAS, said lease covers land more particularly described
as follows:
Township 1 North, Range 68 West, 6th P.M.
Section 34 : East-Half (E/2)
Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, Vessels Oil & Gas Company has submitted an Oil and
Gas Division Order on the subject property, and
WHEREAS, Weld County is entitled to a one-eighth royalty
interest on production, and
WHEREAS, in order to receive said royalty interest, Weld
County must execute said Division Order, a copy of which is
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS, said Division Order has been reviewed by the Weld
County Attorney, Thomas O. David, and found to be in order, and
WHEREAS , the Board deems it advisable to approve said
Division Order on the parcel of land described herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Oil and Gas
Division Order as submitted by Vessels Oil & Gas Company, 600
South Cherry Street, #1220 , Denver, Colorado 80222 , on the
hereinabove described parcel of land be, and hereby is , approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and
hereby is , authorized to sign said Division Order.

The undersigned, guarantees and certifies that they are the legal
owner of and hereby warrant the title to their interest set out below in
"Production" of all oil , gas and associated hydrocarbons produced INSOFAR AND
ONLY INSOFAR AS the producing horizon commonly referred to as the "J" sand
formation underlying the following described farm or lease located in the
County of Weld, State of Colorado; to-wit: w

The following covenants are part of this Division Order and shall be
binding on the undersigned, their heirs , successors , legal representatives, %
and assigns.

FIRST: The Production of gas and associated hydrocarbons received
hereunder shall be delivered to any pipeline or carrier designated by N
VESSELS OIL & GAS COMPANY who gathers and receives such Production. o
VESSELS OIL & GAS COMPANY shall pay for the Production of gas and associated o
hydrocarbons to the above owner according to the division of interest above %14-
set forth at the price received. •

SECOND: Quality and quantity of the Production shall be determined
in accordance with the conditions specified in the purchase agreement with
purchaser designated by VESSELS OIL & GAS COMPANY. ply
THIRD: The undersigned, by executing this Division000rder, in no
consideration of payment by VESSELS OIL & GAS COMPANY to them as herein
provided, agrees to protect, indemnify and hold VESSELS OIL & GAS COMPANY
harmless from all loss , cost, expense, or damage which VESSELS OIL & GAS
COMPANY may incur by reason of its making payments as herein provided,
including, without limitation, all cost or expense incurred by VESSELS OIL &
GAS COMPANY in defending its position in any such claim, suit or action,
against any parties asserting any interest or claim thereto, regardless of how
any such claim or demand may arise.
VESSELS OIL & GAS COMPANY WILL NOT MAKE PAYMENTS UNTIL YOUR CORRECT SOCIAL
SECURITY OR FEDERAL TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER HAS BEEN PROVIDED BELOW. ALL
SIGNATURES MUST BE WITNESSED, AND FOR CORPORATIONS THE CORPORATE SEAL AFFIXED
HERETO PROPERLY ATTESTED TO. YOUR CORRECT ADDRESS MUST BE SHOWN ABOVE TO
PREVENT DELAY OR INTERRUPTION IN PAYMENTS.

Vessels Oil & Gas Company is distributing proceeds from sales
of oil and gas produced from the captioned property and the referenced
Division Order covering your interest is enclosed for your review and
approval.
To insure a timely uninterrupted payment please check the
order for the proper spelling of your name, correct interest and
accurate mailing address. In the event your name is incorrectly spelled
or your address has changed, please make the necessary correction on the
order then date and initial the change. Please notify this office in
the event your decimal interest proves to be incorrect.
Then if you find the order to be satisfactory, please have one
order fully executed in the space provided as instructed on the order,
being sure to have your signature witnessed by someone other than a
family member, then return it to this office and keep the duplicate copy
for your records. After the order is received by us properly executed,
and title is verified, your interest will be placed in line for payment.
