As you and I have discussed, this plant is not a Public Utility in that it does not sell products to the public and only sells gas under contract to other gas companies. Southwestern Eagle. L.L.C. is complying with all state of Colorado permitting procedures. As we discussed, the increase in capacity will not require an expansion of grounds used by the plant. Southwestern Eagle L.L.C. is the fee owner of the 5 acre (+/-) parcel on which the plant is currently situated. The additional machinery will not require an expansion of the property. Please let us know if any additional information will be required by your office at your earliest convenience. Yours truly, SOUTHWESTERN EAGLE, L.L.C.
