Dear Sir:
The Division of Local Government has declared the East Greeley Water
and Sanitation District, Weld County Colorado, dissolved, pursuant to CRS
32-1-710(2) .
The Division notified the District by certified mail of its intent to
declare the District dissolved (enclosed) . The District has subsequently
failed to demonstrate that it has performed its responsibilities as
required by this section.
We therefore request a determination of dissolution of the East
Greeley Water and Sanitation District.

Dear Sir:
In accordance with House Bill 1017 (1985), the Division of Local
Government is hereby notifying you of its intent to certify fi=fe
East Greeley Water and Sanitation District dissolved, pursuant, to
Section 32-1-710, Colorado Revised Statutes, for the following
reason:
- The District failed to hold or properly cancel an election
pursuant to this Article;
- The District has failed to adopt a budget, pursuant to
•
Section 29-1-110, C.R.S. , for two consecutive years;
- The District has failed to comply with Part 6 of Article I
of Title 29, C.R.S. , for two consecutive years;
- The District has not provided or attempted to provide any
of the services or facilities for which the district was
organized for two consecutive;
and the District has no outstanding financial obligations.
The Division will declare this special district dissolved if,
within thirty days of the receipt of this notice, the district
fails to demonstrate to the Division that the District has
performed such statutory or service responsibility or will proceed
to perform such responsibilities within a time period agreed to by
the Division and the District.

Notice is given that the Division of Local Government, Department of
Local Affairs, State of Colorado, has filed with this court a declaration of
dissolution of the above named special district.
On September 5 , 1986 , at 1: 30 P. M. , in Division I, this
court will make a determination pursuant to C.R. S. 32-1-710. If the
dissolution is certified, the court will order the disposition of the
assets, if any, of the district in accordance with C.R.S. 37-1-708. If the
court determines that the district is not inactive, it may terminate the
dissolution proceeding.
All persons in interest may appear at the time set forth above to
present evidence on the question of dissolution. Failure of the above named
special district, or its representative, to appear will be taken as evidence
that the district is inactive.
